Hey dear, cutoff varies every year, if you see the last year's cutoff which went very high that even students getting 500 marks were unable to a govt. Mbbs college. Since, you are getting 485 marks, so you have some chances of getting mbbs under state quota if there is an average cutoff, but if cutoff falls high, there may be difficulty in state quota too. See it is little bit difficult to suggest that whether you will get seat or not because different colleges have different cut-offs for State quota and All India Quota. Also, cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon numerous factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.

But if we check out previous years NEET cut-off trends in Andhra Pradesh then there are good chances for you to get seat in some of the GMCs, the reason being is last year the lowest cut-off marks was 459 for Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences, Ongole under Home State quota for OBC category.
