Sir with a clat rank of 2590 can I get into uslls considering only 35 people from Delhi general have ranks above me?(I am from Delhi too)

Considering your rank, category and domicile status in CLAT 2019, you may some chances getting admissions in USLLs, IP University. Other than USLLS there are other good college affilitaed with GGSIPU for law:

Since this is the first time GGSIPU and affiliated colleges will provide admissions on the basis of CLAT 2019 merit and not IPU CET, there can be slight varitions in the actual allotments over the predicted ones.

If only those 35 above students above your rank are looking to seek admission at USLLS. However you will have to consider and take into account the fact that any general student of Delhi may opt for USLLS whose rank is in the range of 1000-2000 also. With the scenario you are telling you have a real great chance of getting into USLLS.
