Dear Bharat,
Both IT and Computer are more or less same subjects when it comes to engineering. But as per the query of yours and according to me I think computer is the best. It depends on hardware and software development whereas IT depends on running production system that somebody else has built. It mainly depends on your desire, what you want to choose.
