sir/ ma'am, can we go for second councelling in ts eamcet for better college or is there any risk of not getting good college.my rank is 9000 bcb

Dear Aspirant,
If you are not satisfied with the college then you can apply for another round as the rank will decrease for another round, so you have a better probability of getting a better college.
