Sir/Maam, I studied in private central board school ( located at TN) ,even I also belong to Tamil nadu. Whether i need to produce eligiblity certificate for tamil nadu state counselling?

Hello,
You havent mentioned the exact institute or counselling you want to go with. Though in general if there is any state counselling you do have to provide a proof that you belong to the same state. This probably should be your domicile for the same state. So yes you need to provide an eligibility criteria.
Please specify your exact examination for which you are pursueing the counselling so that i may help you
