Sir/Ma'am If we have got a seat in State Medical Counselling ( 1st or second round ) Can we still participate in mop up or stray round of AIQ Counselling ( Conducted by MCC)

The candidates who participated in the first and second rounds of medical counseling and got a seat in any of those rounds cannot participate in the mop-up round. Only those who didn't get a seat in any of the two rounds will only be eligible to participate in the mop-up round.

As you have asked that after getting medical seat in 1st round through state level counselling yes you can participate in all india counselling in mop-up round but you have to make sure that you does not fill status retention form but it's so dangerous that you might lose your seat if don't get seat in mop-up round.
