Hi Candidate,

IITs (Indian institute of technology) are top first tier colleges of India. The eligibility criteria is as follows:

  • Candidate needs to have Physics Chemistry and Mathematics as subject combination in class 12th.
  • Minimum 75% aggregate is required for taking admission in IITs.
  • Candidates needs to clear the cutoff for JEE Mains and then JEE advanced with good rank. The seats are allotted based on ranks.

As you have mentioned you got 69% in class 12th board, you might not be eligible for admission even if you clear JEE Advanced with good rank.

But you can go for top state level colleges and IIITs by checking eligibility of each. For taking admission in NITs also needs minimum 75% in class 12th.

I hope it clears your doubt.

Thank you!
