My father applied for income certificate and got it in Sept 2019. I havent applied for my obc-ncl certificate yet due to corona lock down. If I apply for my obc-ncl certificate in July 2020, is it valid for josaa 2020?? ( I am from Tamil Nadu)

If you belong to OBC,the Community you belong to should be listed in the Central OBC list. Going by the information you provided, we assume that that the Community you belong to is also listed in the Central OBC list. JOSAA has updated the formats that need to be submitted.
