sir/ma'am please tell me I have to report online at mnnit. I have character certificate dated 24th July 2019 .. is it required newly made character certificate or it's ok?

According to your question and taking into consideration that you have character certificate dated on 24th January,2019.
It is absolutely fine as this character Certificate has been issued by concerned authority or from institution last attended and in the documents required pdf they have simply written character certificate which means it is absolutely fine.
