Dear aspirant,

Yes, there is a college named BIT Sindri, Dhanbad Jharkhand which takes admission on the basis of jee mains rank and It is not included in Josaa counselling. Admission to it is done by JCECEB board by preparing state merit list. For admission to this college you must have local resident certificate of Jharkhand state.
