Hello Aspirant,

After second PUC you directly cannot join into forest department. You can go for B.Sc in Forestry science course after second PUC and after completion of it you could apply for jobs in Indian Council of Forestry Research and Education, Zoological parks, Forest Department. Then after selection you could work in any of the job profiles you would be offered.

Also to get higher job profiles with good salaries you could also appear for ( IFS/Indian IFOS)  Forest Service exam.

For eligibility of (IFS/Indian IFOS) Forest service exam candidate should have any one of the follows:

•Bachelor's degree with at least one of the subjects as Botany

•Bachelor's degree with at least one of the subjects as chemistry

•Bachelor's degree with at least one of the subjects as Animal husbandry and veterinary Science.

After this you'd be getting great job profiles into Forest Department.
