sir/madam, I belong to SC category and I've applied for caste certificate but I didn't get my certificate yet. Will my father's caste certificate be eligible for JOSAA counselling in 2020?

The caste certificate of your father are not accepted in counseling if you want to get seats in counseling through category rank than you have must issued caste certificate.
You can apply tatkal caste certificate from CSC of your locality. The certificate issued in 4-6 days but it is dependent on respective state.
