sir / madam I got 2291 rank in pgcet mtech and got bvb clg in structural engineering and my income is 11000 ...can I get snq quota in this clg?

Government BVB College in Structural Engineering in M.Tech is good and snq quota may be applicable if you don't have competition within the quota category. Apply for this branch through your PGCET rank and see your luck. You may get the seat or may not so apply for other colleges also.
