Hi Aspirant,

Hope you are safe and doing good

First of all, congratulations, you've done really well! 450 seems like a decent score. If the cutoff goes down, then you might be able to secure a seat at a govt college, but a private college is almost sure. However a seat through AI quota seems a bit difficult!

You will either get Deemed University or Private College. With the score of 500 you can get the Best Deemed University and Best Private Medical College.

Note: This answer is given as if you are from General category or OBC.

If you are from SC / ST category than you will get the good government medical colleges.
