Sir/madam , I have completed my BE in2019. I have not got my final year marks card both 7th and 8th semester. I have a softcopy of the markscard which is signed and attested by my HOD. but it is not getting uploaded. What shall I do?

Dear Shreya, you haven't mentioned if this soft copy is in a pdf format. Because the document should be uploaded in the pdf format. Please download this softcopy, get it scanned to a pdf format and then upload it. It should work that way.
