Hi there,
The NRI quota is applicable for the Indian citizens or overseas citizens who have completed their primary medical education from colleges that are out of Indian territory.
Since 2019 it is no more mandatory for foreign students to be registered with MCI. They can get temporary registration only if they are registered with competent registering authority.
Since you have completed your MBBS from India and that too through normal administration then you may not be eligible for NRI quota but you may avail (I am not 100% sure) for NRI sponsored seats if any of your blood relative an NRI.
