sir/madam, if i give improvement exam in 2020 for improving 2019 board marks, in all the five subjects and score above 75,then am i eligible or i will have to simultaneously satisfy the top 20 percentile criteria

The JEE Main eligiblity criteria is that the candidate should have passed in 2018 or 2019 or is giving his 12th in 2020 are eligible.

However for admission in NITs, IIITs, GFTIs, the candidate must have atleast 75% marks or should be in the top 20 percentile in their respective board. ie, whether they have to be in the top 20 percentile depends upon the board in which they are giving their exam.
