Hope you are doing well . See,with a score of 381 getting a government or private medical college isn't possible for you in the state of Telangana through State quota counselling despite you having an SC category. For government colleges,you atleast needed to score 530+ and for private colleges without any management quota ,you atleast needed to score 450+ as per NEET-2020 cutoffs. The cutoffs this year are expected to be similar to last year's or may increase marginally.

However, you can consider taking a year drop and getting selected into the college of your choice next year .

You can apply for counseling to get medical seats only if you have qualified the NEET UG Examination held on September 12, 2021.

NEET 2021 results have been declared by the National Testing Agency NTA.

To predict whether you will definitely get a seat in a college is an uphill task as cut-offs for colleges change every depending upon several factors such as-

• Number of applicants in NEET exam

• NEET question paper difficulty level

• Score of the candidates in NEET 2021 result

• MBBS/BDS seat matrix 2021

NEET 2021 Cut-off goes like :-

• General /EWS- 50th percentile

• SC/ST/OBC - 40th percentile

• General-PwD - 45th percentile

• SC/ST/OBC-PwD - 40th percentile

Marks wise cut off is as following-

• General - 720-138

• OBC/SC/ST - 137-108

• Gen PwD - 137-122

• (OBC /SC / ST ) PwD - 121-108

Though it was expected that due to higher difficulty level of examination cut-off for colleges will decrease, but it turns out students have performed exceptionally well and the cut offs for colleges is expected to increase compared to last year.

See it is quite difficult to help you with the exact list of colleges as the counselling is yet to be conducted and the cut-offs keep on changing every year.

With marks  you have mentioned It would be very difficult for you to get Government or even Private  medical colleges in Telangana.

According to previous year(2019) data for State counseling for Telangana the last candidate to get a MBBS seat in Medical college In Telangana from SC Category was in MAHAVIR INST OF MED SCI, VIKARABAD with  rank 1,21,363 and 407 Marks.
