As per your requirement, i would say that after your completion of your diploma from bhopal University, you can definitely takr admission in Maharashtra University for whatever course you want to study further.

You need to check the eligibility criteria and only if your degree marks matches the Maharashtra University criteria, you can get admission either through an entrance tesr or through marks in qualifying exam.
