yes, a m.sc candidate in relevant discipline can apply for drdo as a scientist post. but you need to check the official website for notifications. as drdo is a reputed organization in research and development, their recruitment process is done by written test which follows by interview process. as right now no new recruitment is going on. follow the official website for further details.
