Good to see that you want to become an IAS officer after your graduation and you want to prepare for UPSC CSE. Now you must be knowing to give UPSC CSE you must have an undergraduate degree in whichever stream from any recognised University and that's you are having in BSC nursing. So yes you are finally fine the minimum eligibility criteria and you can appear in UPSC CSE.
As you might be knowing that UPSC CSE is consisting of three stages:
And after qualifying these three stages if you got your name in the merit list then you would be getting the rank according to your index number and also the different posts.
Now the basic thing comes that from which step you should start your UPSC CSE preparation. As you are from Science background so I think you are having some lack in Humanities subject,so the first step is very important is you must have to clear your basics for which you can refer to NCERT books up 6th to 12th and it's suppose you are finding it very easy then you can leave some books also.
After completing your basics you must switch to some standard books for preliminary examination and about these things like syllabus you can find from UPSC CSE website also.
Start your preparation from now onwards as it is the best time to start UPSC CSE because you have completed your graduation and I hope you can excel in it.
