Sir / Mam I am student of Diploma in OTT from Harsha Institute Of Banglore. I have completed my course. A principal asking Rs.7000 to get certificate. Is it valid amount. In my point of view certificate should get free of cost or in nominal cost. Advise me.

If you completed the Diploma course from your respective domain. It is the responsibility of your institution to provide you certificate of that course without asking you any further charges. In my view it is not legal to charge any extra fees to provide certification ( also make sure that you have submitted your whole fees).

Usha Lama It seems that your institution is Private ownership. Did they tell you about this extra charges before admission? In case they didn't tell you about this before, you can write an application ( mentioning about the issue) to your department head or director.
