Sir/mam i am confuse that i drop or not as i have secure 40% in jee mainas i have pass class 12this year.. My parents are saying to go for bschons on top college i have also not explore field lile cs so don't know in field i have interest.. So what i should do know

Dear Aspirant,
It's okay to not to know your field of interest. Considering your situation I think you need a counsellor as well as this is the time you need to introspect. BSc Hons is not a bad option but if you prefer engineering then you should definitely drop in my opinion. Because a good college can only make you momentarily happy but in the long run you need to pursue your passion else you will always feel a regret.
Take your own decisions and don't get influenced by anyone. You can do well in a field only if you have interest. I am sure you will figure it out.
Talk to your seniors who are in engineering field and to those who are doing BSc Hons for getting more clarity.
