The option of Covid 19 contact is for the safety of the candidates. It is to make sure that the Covid positive patient has not come in contact with either of the candidates so that they can inform the candidates well in advance to get themselves tested. However, this will not affect your results. Your result will be out depending up on your performance in the exam and not depending on whether you have ticked that option in the form or not. So, do not worry.
