Hello Mate...

Now as you have paid seat acceptance fees in Josaa then that means you have accepted the seat.
But if you want to retain your Josaa seat then you have to give a partial admission fees of Rs. 40000 ( general/ ews / obc ) or Rs. 20000 ( sc / st/ pwd).
And if you don't give partial admission fees then your seat will be cancelled and you will get refund of your seat acceptance fess.

Fee for candidates who were allocated a seat in NIT/ IIIT/ GFTI in JoSAA paid the seat acceptance fee and opted to participate in a special round Rs. 36,500 for general category

Fee for candidates who were allocated a seat in NITs/ IIITs/ GFTIs in JoSAA and paid the seat acceptance fee but did not accept the seat/ cancelled/ surrender/ withdrawn (Seat acceptance paid by candidates in JoSAA shall be adjusted in the special round - Rs. 1,500

And if you got allotted any seat in csab special round and you accept it, then you have not to pay once again the seat acceptance fees, as  you have already paid that in josaa counselling.

But if your josaa seat is cancelled due to non payment of partial admission fees, and you got a seat in csab and you accept it then you have to give the seat acceptance fees of Rs. 35000 ( for general/ews / obc ) or Rs. 15000 ( for sc / st/ pwd).

Dear student,

Central Seat Allocation Board conducts csab special round counseling and this special round counseling is organized for filling the vacant seats in all nits, iiits, or gftis and iiest after josaa counseling .

Now as you have paid seat acceptance fees in josaa then that means you have accepted the seat.

But if you want to retain your josaa seat then you have to give a partial admission fees of Rs. 40000 ( for general/ ews / obc ) or Rs. 20000 ( for sc / st/ pwd).
And if you don't give partial admission fees then your seat will be cancelled and you will get refund of your seat acceptance fess.

Now, if you are retaining your josaa seat then also you can participate in csab special round counseling .

For participating in csab special round counseling, you have to pay the participation fees of rs. 16500 (for sc/st/pwd) or Rs. 36500 ( for general /obc ). And this participation fess is mandatory for all candidates who are taking part in csab special round counselling.

And if you got allotted any seat in csab special round counselling and you accept it, then you have not to pay once again the seat acceptance fees, because you have already paid that in josaa counselling.

But if your josaa seat is cancelled due to non payment of partial admission fees, and you got a seat in csab and you accept it then you have to give the seat acceptance fees of Rs. 35000 ( for general/ews / obc ) or Rs. 15000 ( for sc / st/ pwd).

sekharchandra9399 Slide means - you have accepted the seat but you want a higher preference branch in same institute in further rounds. And after choosing slide you have to pay the seat acceptance fees and upload documents within the deadline otherwise your seat will get canceled.
And in last round there is only freeze option. You can't slide in last round. So in last round you better freeze your seat and pay the partial admission fees if you want to retain your alloted josaa seat.
And if you don't choose freeze option manually in last round of josaa then your seat will get cancelled.
