I'm giving you some facts and cut off marks for both mbbs and BAMS which may help you deciding.
In NEET 2020 uttar pradesh counseling cut off marks for SC category candidate was Air 128562 and 453 marks.
whereas the Cut off for govt BAMS college in uttar pradesh counseling for SC category candidate was 407 marks.
Aa there are chances that overall cut off may decrease for every course,so you have chances to get the govt BAMS college but that also you will get last rank.
As for this year you have almost score 400 marks and also your age is not that much so I'll suggest you to drop and push yourself harder and try to score more than 500 marks in next year NEET,so that you have study mbbs in good college. If you have all resources to do that and there is not much problem in taking drop then only take decision. Otherwise you can opt for govt BAMS college if you get it.
