Hello aspirant,
DY Patil University does provide scholarships to BDS students of Rs. 4000 per annum. However, it is not based on category or NEET scores. It is based on the first-year examination results- Only the top 25 students out of 100 will be eligible to avail this scholarship based on their performance. However, if you fail in any of the subjects, later on, and do not have 75% attendance and a good academic record, the scholarship will no longer be provided to you.
For more information, you can check out their brochure- https://dpu.edu.in/documents/Standard-Operating-Procedures/DPU-Merit-Scholarship-for-Undergraduate-Students-Standard-Operating-Procedure.pdf
Hope it helps!
