No there won't be any problem. As far as eligibility is concerned you meet the eligibility criteria and rest depends upon your profile and the CAT score. There are many candidate from science and engineering background who apply for MBA from top institutes. To keep diversity there may be higher competition as far as science and engineering are concerned.
