Hello Shetra!
The healthcare sector in Tajikstan is basically not as developed as in countries like Ukraine, Russia, India, China & Philippines. So, I would suggest you to choose wisely if you want to choose Tajikstan for MBBS degree.
The 5-year long(+1 year internship) MBBS degree in Avicenna Tajik State Medical University is recognised by Medical Council Of India(MCI), so the certificate is valid. The medium of instruction is also English. It is ranked among top 10 medical universities in Tajikistan and provides very affordable MBBS degree to Indian students. The lecture halls and the laboratory at tajik State Medical University are well equipped with high end technology. So, it is overall a good university to choose for your MBBS degree in abroad options.
After completing MBBS from this university, you can not easily migrate to Netherlands for your PG. You have to pass the BI and AKV exam to mandatorily prove that your medical knowledge is up to the Dutch standards(C1 and C2 level qualification of the dutch language) . You can not find any post graduate course in the field of medicine with english as a medium of instruction. There will be compulsory internship fully in their native language(i.e Dutch). So, it may be problematic for you.
Hope this answer helps:)
