YES. You are eligible to give NEET exam.
The National Medical Commission (NMC) has removed the upper age limit for NEET undergraduate exam.

The upper age limit for eligibilty was put by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) in 2017. It was earlier 25 years for unreserved candidates and 30 years for reserved candidates.
Now that rhe upper age limit is removed you can give the exam.
