See the eligibility for class 10 th examination is that the student must be  14 years , as of 31st december of the year of examination. So you are going to give your 10th in the year 2023 i.e., Boards 2022-23 as a result you are eligible for the 10th examination as you are becoming 14th with the December 31 of 2022. Don't worry about it.
