Sir/Mam please give me a clarity about that I got 11149 rank in AP EAMCET 2020,should I prefer AU Women's Engineering College or else please suggest me the any other colleges ?

Incase you are unaware about the colleges available at your rank, you can check out the college predictor tool at THIS WEBSITE.
When you have a list of colleges, you can filter it out based on your interest.
From what i could find, you have a good chance in following colleges (this is just a few from the whole list):
(assuming you are from Andhra University Region)
- Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University College of Engineering, Kakinada
- Sri Venkateswara University College of Engineering, Tirupati
- JNTUA College of Engineering, Anantapur
- Andhra University College of Engineering, Visakhapatnam

Sir should I keep Anits and MVGRCE as my preferences other than AU Women's College of Engineering...are they both better than AU Women's College?

Hi.
Placement in ANITS seems decent in CSE, according to stats on their website 3 CSE Students have bagged highest 8LPA package and median stands at 5 LPA.
In MVGR College, according to peer reviews, 80% of the students got placed. College provides quality education. According to their website Highest package was of 19 LPA by Amazon followed by 16.5 LPA by Value Labs. In the year 2019-20, 602 students got placed.
Both seem somewhat better than AU Women’s College because not many reviews and information is available about the college and usually this is not a good sign. Although if possible read peer reviews or talk to them if possible, to get a more understanding which will aid your college selection.
