Class Xth/SSLC mark sheet

Marksheet of class XIIth/IInd PUC (in case of provisional mark sheet, the candidate must submit the mark sheet which bears the signature of the principal of the institution from where he/she has completed his/her IInd PUC/Class XIIth studies)

7-years study certificate bearing the signature of concerned DDPI/BEO (CBSE/CICSE study certificate holders are exempted from getting their certificates signed by DDPI/BEO).
