Yeah you may face the problem because the eligibility criteria for most of the IT companies are 60% throughout your academic career inorder to sit in  their written examination. If you are unable to fullfill that then it may be somewhat difficult for you but don't worry since you have a good percentage in your B.Tech then you can also apply via off campus in that pool you can easily showcase your tallent.
