Yes, you can apply for NDA II. NDA Application form will be available from August 7 to September 3, 2019 in online mode. The exam is scheduled to be conducted on November 17, 2019. Also, before filling up the application form, you must check the eligibility criteria of NDA.

let me first tell you that NDA 1 and NDA 2 are two exams conducted in year.

Both of them has different eligibility criteria at their time(mainly differ in age limit criteria).

So ,it doesn't depend on which exam either NDA1 or NDA 2 you appear in or ditch anyone of them, you need to satisfy the eligibility criteria.

So irrespective of you have given April exam or not you can fill the November form,but ofcurse just once be sure On your eligiblity(mainly age limit).
