Hello candidate!
I'm very sorry to mention that with the above mentioned marks there are very less chances of you getting an MBBS seat. referring to the round 1 counselling cut off in Telangana it was 493 in ayaan medical college so basically it will be little less but not up to 435 you can try in the dental course if your interested orelse you can try again in next year.
