Hi AISHWARYA!
Greetings!
Yes, you can do MCA from any university. If you are from B.Sc. Computer Science then you can get admission directly into 2nd year and it will be become 2 year course for you, otherwise it will be 3 year course. You will have to give entrance exam to get admission like NIMCET for NIT, JAM for IIT Roorkee, MAHCET for Maharashtra state universities, TANCET if you are from Tamil Nadu and many more. You can get into any university.
But before admission, do research very about college like study, location, faculty feedback, student feedback and most importantly placement activities. Then you are set to go for MCA… Good Luck buddy.

Hey aishwarya!
Surely , you can go for MCA after b.sc hons computer science. And infact it is a good option because bsc is not going to offer you much good jobs. After pursuing MCA , you will have good oppurtunities in the field of computer applications etc. But note that maths must be one of your subjects either in class 10+2 or bachelors degree.
