sir,can state toppers in 2021 get admission in bit pilani without giving bitsat?

Yes, the state toppers ca get direct admission to BITS Pilani. For others who are not state toppers have to give the BITSAT exam for taking admission in BIT Pilani. Without BITSAT exam they are not eligible to take admission.
