Hello,
See, it is a myth that you need to learn everything from the book in detail. Pick up any book of the subject and try to make your basics strong. Use your third and Fourth year to make your basics very strong, cause most of the questions become easy to attempt if your basics are strong.
Use the standard books for the subjects, any book which makes it easier for you to understand the concept.
For pathology you can go for the book by Devesh Mishra, it is easier to understand and has in-depth information.
Hope it helps.
1st :- Join any resource that available in market. ( Marrow, prepladder, dams, Bhatia, etc. )
2nd :- complete all the videos and qbanks from that plateform.
3rd :- solve subject wise test related to pathology
4th :- go through Robbins 10th edition book images and tables.
5th :- revision
You will be at your peak after this one.
( If you want to do system wise study, then you can also do it. )
One point to remember :- please don't skip CNS, male and female genital tract pathology…NMC knows what you don't know….
