Hi, it is in the news that university of delhi will keep a 10% reservation quota for candidates belinging to EWS category but complete details aren't disclosed yet by the administration. This 10% reservation quota is set to being from the academic year 2019 according to the guidelines given by the government, so you can expect that there will be a relaxation of at max 10% from the general category cutoff. So, unfortunately soecific conclusions can't be made about the cuttoffs untill further information is announced.
