Dear Student,

Having 130 marks in your NEET there are less chances of yours securing a seat in any government medical college in Jammu Kashmir or any other state of India even with All India or State quota but you have chances of securing a seat in any Deemed University through State quota. So, I suggest you to go for counseling and hope for best.

Hope this might you.

No,you can't get government college because your marks are too low to get admission in govt. College.

To get admission in govt. College you must have to score 500+.
