Last year the cutoff for admission to MBBS course in IMS, BHU was 511 for SC category. If you go according to that, you are well enough to get a seat there under the All India Quota (15%).

The cutoff this year too is expected to be in the same range, whatsoever it has negligible chances that you won't clear the cutoff.

Considering that if you score 532 marks, you seem to have a fair chance of admission here as per previous year trends.
