You would belong to OBC other state category.
As the home state is decided from the state of the school you have given.
IMP Note
I would recommend you to make your OBC category certificate of Delhi as well. So that you can reap benifits in admission pocess of JAC. (counseling portal from your DTU,NSIT colleges are filled)
