sir.i didn't get seat of my preffered university (ancuor svu) in apicet 2020 counselling,if i attend for 2nd counselling or not.can i get seat in that universities?i got 9904 rank(ST). could you please tell me.what is the process to cancel the first round seat allotment and get another new seat

You have not mentioned the branch in which you are seeking admission through AP ICET 2020. Considering the information your profile we assume that you are an MCA aspirant. In 2019 the cut off was as follows for ST category for admission in to MCA
- Acharya Nagarjuna University College, Guntur: 42018
- SVU College of Management and Information Science, Tirupathi: 2055
- SVU College of Management and Information Science Self finance, Tirupathi: 18338
Considering the cut off you have chances of getting seat in Acharya Nagarjuna University College and SVU College of Management and Information Science Self finance. You may not get seat in SVU College of Management and Information Science Tirupathi in regular course. But cut off changes every year depending on the number of candidates qualified, difficulty of exam and number of total seats available etc.
To cancel the first seat allotment you need to self report in the allotted college, if you do so the seat will automatically stands cancelled and it will be considered for second phase counselling.
