Sir,I got 1664rank in ts emcet bi.p.c stream.but I'm a non local student.will I get a good govt.college??I'm an oc student.

the score you made is decent but there is high competition among the local students this year.so dont be sure that you get the seat in govt colleges there are rare chances that you can get into govt colleges.
so you can go with private colleges to pursue your academics with fee reimbuirsement.
