sir,i got 33,400 rank in ap eamcet bipc stream in the year 2020 i get seat in horticulture or not

Since you did mention your category, I will assume in falls under OC Category and this from previous year closing ranks for B.Sc horticulture and from the official closing ranks, you might not be able to get Horticulture with 33,400 rank because the closing ranks after 1st counselling was less than 10,000 in all categories.
