Since you have not mentioned the category I'll give the answer accordingly , the allotment of seats is based upon

  • No. Of students above the basic minimum cutoff
  • The cutoff marks
  • Total no. of seats

Since the NEET results are not yet out nothing absolute can be said right now , However as per the previous years trend to get a seat on spot allotment in a veterinary college -

You need to score above 500 marks if you belong from the general category and around 440-460 marks if you belong to the OBC category
