Hello!

The chances of getting a government seat with 438 marks are very low, as most government colleges require at lease 500+ marks, even considering your category and state quota. You may have a small chance with the girls' quota, but due to the increase of candidates, that may not be possible.

We suggest you look into private medical colleges. Here's a list:
