Yes you can definetly get seat in sastra university with your rank. But if you are from another state other than tamilnadu it is bit difficult to get cse,ece with your rank. Since, by stream 2 only few seats will be given. But you have a chance of gettinng branches like IT,ICT,Electrical,mechanical and some other branches with your rank.
