Hello Swathy, first of all congratulations for scoring 540 marks in NEET. Based on your score its tough to get a government owned medical college because the cutoff was 561 marks last year. But you can get a seat in Pariyaram medical college which is a government controlled medical college in kerala where cutoff was 522 last year. Best of luck.
